We suggest placing your order about 2 to 4 weeks before the event and choosing a delivery date of one week prior to the event. For optimal storage, keep the favors in a cool, dark place with a temperature of 70 degrees or lower. Please avoid storing them in the climate-controlled packaging they were shipped in, as the chocolates are delicate and can absorb odors from the packing material.

We acknowledge and empathize with the worries of consumers who have food allergies.
While our products are manufactured in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, egg, soy and tree nuts, there are strict guidelines in place to prevent cross-contamination. However, since our products are made on shared equipment, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that any particular product is completely free of any specific allergen.

It is recommended to store all chocolates in a cool and dry place away from heat, moisture, humidity and direct sunlight for optimal enjoyment. For maximum freshness, please consume unopened chocolate within 6-9 months of purchase.
Our fondant cookies are freshly baked and shipped within 2-3 days from order confirmation. They can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 weeks, but are best enjoyed within the first week.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your chocolate favors arrive fresh and in pristine condition. In warmer weather, especially during transit to certain destinations, we take extra precautions by cold-packing the orders with ice packs to prevent any melting. As for our fondant sugar cookies, they are securely packed in individual bubble wrap to protect their intricate designs and maintain their integrity.

Fat bloom is a common phenomenon that affects the appearance of chocolate when it is exposed to high temperatures. It is characterized by a greyish-white sheen on the surface of the chocolate. This occurs because the cocoa butter, which has a low melting point, melts under high temperatures and subsequently rises to the surface. Once it re-solidifies, it forms grey streaks on the chocolate. Despite its less appealing appearance, chocolate with fat bloom is still safe to eat. To prevent fat bloom, chocolate should ideally be stored at temperatures between 57-61°F.
